Refund Policy

Pinecoast Rentals provides washer and dryer rental services billed on a recurring basis. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

 

 

Subscription Charges

 

Monthly rental fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law. Billing begins upon delivery or installation of equipment.

 

 

Service Issues

 

If equipment fails to operate due to normal wear or a service issue caused by Pinecoast Rentals, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the equipment.

Refunds are not issued for service interruptions that are resolved through repair or replacement.

 

 

Cancellation

 

Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at checkout.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for charges already processed.

 

 

Failed Installations

 

If Pinecoast Rentals is unable to complete installation due to compatibility issues, access restrictions, or factors outside the customer’s control, any installation-related charges paid in advance may be refunded at Pinecoast’s discretion.

 

 

Unauthorized or Improper Use

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Customer misuse or negligence

  • Denial of access for service or retrieval

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear

  • Violations of the Terms of Service
