Terms of Service & Rental Agreement
Service Description
Pinecoast Rentals provides residential washer and dryer rental services, including delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenance, subject to availability and property compatibility.
All equipment remains the sole property of Pinecoast Rentals at all times.
Authorization & Eligibility
By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You are a tenant, property owner, or an authorized representative with authority to approve installation
-
You have obtained all required landlord or property-management approvals
You expressly authorize Pinecoast Rentals to deliver, install, service, replace, access, and retrieve the equipment at the property address provided.
Rental Term & Billing
Subscription Billing

Rentals are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated
-
Billing begins on the date of installation or delivery
-
Payments are processed automatically through Pinecoast’s payment processor
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize Pinecoast Rentals to charge all applicable rental fees, taxes, late fees, damage charges, or replacement costs in accordance with this Agreement.
Failed Payments, Late Payments, & Service Suspension
If a payment fails or an account becomes delinquent:

Pinecoast may attempt to reprocess payment

Service may be suspended without notice
-
Pinecoast may retrieve the equipment
-
Continued access may require payment of outstanding balances
Failure to maintain a valid payment method constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Maintenance & Repairs

Requested maintenance and normal wear-and-tear repairs are included
-
Customers must promptly report equipment issues
-
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing are strictly prohibited
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation conditions, or unauthorized alterations may result in additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use the equipment only for normal residential purposes
-
Keep the equipment indoors and properly connected
-
Not move, sell, sublease, tamper with, or remove the equipment
-
Provide reasonable access for maintenance, inspection, or retrieval
Failure to provide access after reasonable notice may result in service suspension or retrieval charges.
Damage, Loss, or Theft
You are financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

Water damage due to improper use or access denial

Electrical damage caused by improper connections

Physical damage, vandalism, or negligence
-
Loss or theft of the equipment
Pinecoast may charge repair or replacement costs at fair market value.
Security Deposits & Damage Holds

Pinecoast Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit or damage hold for certain customers, properties, or risk profiles. Any such requirement will be disclosed prior to billing.
Cancellation & Equipment Retrieval
Cancellation
-
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled with a 30-day notice. Failure to do so may result in additional charges

All outstanding balances must be paid prior to retrieval
Retrieval
Upon cancellation, termination, or non-payment, Pinecoast may retrieve the equipment. You agree to provide access within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to return equipment may result in continued billing or replacement charges.
No Ownership or Transfer Rights
This Agreement does not grant ownership, equity, or purchase rights.
You may not assign, transfer, or permit use of the equipment by another party.
Limitation of Liability
Pinecoast Rentals is not responsible for:

Pre-existing plumbing or electrical issues
-
Building code violations unrelated to the equipment
-
Damage caused by third parties or building infrastructure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinecoast’s liability is limited to the total rental fees paid by the Customer.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinecoast Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the equipment, violation of property rules, denial of access, or breach of this Agreement.
No Insurance Coverage
Pinecoast Rentals does not provide insurance coverage for personal property, dwelling units, or third-party damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate renters or homeowners insurance.
Force Majeure
Pinecoast Rentals is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
Pricing & Term Modifications
Pinecoast Rentals reserves the right to modify pricing or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which service is provided.
Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
Severability & No Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, signing electronically, or accepting delivery of equipment, you confirm that:

You have read and understood this Agreement

You agree to be legally bound by its terms

You authorize Pinecoast Rentals to act accordingly
